Free Guy and Death on the Nile are pulled from Disney release schedule for 2020 ...

"As if a second national lockdown here in the UK and fresh surges across Europe weren't enough of a blow to the population and the cinemas they frequent, Disney has decided to move two more movies off of the 2020 release calendar. Kenneth Branagh's Death On The Nile and the Ryan Reynolds-starring Free Guy are both currently without a date.

The films, which were under Disney's former-Fox 20th Century Studios banner, had been two of the biggest titles hanging on in this year's increasingly blockbuster-free schedule. Branagh's directing/starring-as-Poirot follow-up to 2017's Murder On Orient Express had been positioned for 18 December, while the video game satire/action thriller Free Guy, with Shawn Levy in the director's chair had been positioned for 11 December. The latter, though, had already predicted a potential move, with a jokey recent teaser that played off the idea of a changing release date."
