About Natalie

I try to be an optimistic individual; ‘try’ being the operative word here - we’re only human after all. Recently I have taken up yoga and meditation, which has been a great guide in allowing myself to be present in the moment, to appreciate the little things in life. A simple walk through the park with the autumnal fallen leaves crunching beneath my feet brings me great joy. I never thought of myself as “outdoorsy” - I mean, who doesn’t love a night in by the roaring fire?… But I do love the open water, particularly kayaking and snorkelling in the mediterranean sea, seeing turtles in their natural habitat. This happened in Zante, summer of 2017, and was a one of a kind experience; something I will never forget. It’s not just turtles I enjoy observing, I’m a bit of a people watcher. I create lives and stories for people I see simply buying a coffee in the local coffee shop. I see a plane in the sky and create a whole passenger manifest and the different journeys they are on. I can’t help myself, I love creating stories. This has been the case since I was a child and it was in my pre-teen years that I found a love for screenwriting. This is my ultimate goal in life, to see my name on the big screen (or TV screen - I enjoy writing film and TV). However, I am keen to gain experience in other areas; you never know what else I may be able to offer to the industry. As well as Screenwriting, I also love blogging about my real life adventures. I have had a passion for travelling since my early teens and I am lucky enough to have found someone I can share that with. My partner and I travel as much as possible and have created a travel website to document our escapades. It is clear to me that life is one big inspirational journey and I intend to enjoy as many moments of it as possible.

Store Manager, Asda

Natalie has worked within my team for over two years and has spent time working in numerous roles within the store. She shows complete confidence in completing any tasks that she has to undertake. I believe Natalie to have the upmost integrity and honesty and I enjoy working with her. Natalie is a key member of my team, she is exceptionally punctual and I have no concerns in relation to her attendance at work. Natalie has an exemplary record working for me. She is very articulate and well mannered and has been a key person in store helping both customers and other colleagues. She has been heavily involved with the training and orientation of new colleagues into the business. As Natalie's manager and having worked closely with her for the last two years I am very proud to recommend Natalie as a very employable person. She is very adaptable and very confident in what she is currently doing in her job role. I personally wish her all the best in everything that she does and what she would like to achieve.

Section Leader, Asda

Natalie has worked for the company for over 5 years. During this time she has undergone tasks such as replenishment, supporting with change within the store and company, controlling availability, setting standards across the store and checkout operator. Over the years I have received many compliments of her customer service from our customers; she is renowned for going above and beyond to help individual customers. Natalie has coached new colleagues into the role as well as up-skilling current colleagues with high success. She is punctual with an excellent attendance record. Natalie follows company guidelines and policies with extreme professionalism and is a role model for other colleagues. Natalie has been offered chances to progress within the company, but it has always been her dream to work in the TV and Film Industry. As a creative individual I believe she would make a great candidate for any role. I have no doubt that she will have no problem making good relationships both professional and socially.
