We are a charity that campaigns for gender equality in film. We celebrate films created by women, and supports women working in film through training and events.
We have been asked by MFJF to help provide some meaningful home-based learning for its members whilst we are all on lockdown.
At the moment all we have at present is some data entry. Nothing glamorous but hopefully more interesting things will follow.
Whilst we are not in a position to offer payment, you can become part of our community and be part of online screenings, live filmmaker Q&As (in the current state of the nation!) screenings (usually they’re in cinemas, so once they’re open they can come as our guest to events). So they’ll get to see some ace new films for free, be connected to filmmakers and folks in our 12 city network.
In addition, once the current lockdown is over, you are more than welcome to come and meet the team and get some career advice and tips.
This is a home-based role, open to everyone, no experience is required. However, it is essential that candidates have an interest in feminism.
If you are interesting, please apply via the MFJF website.
